The Alan and Jean Jones Board Room has 2 large tables and 12 chairs.

Whiteboard, AV cart and OWL virtual meeting device are available upon request. 

This room is available for use during open library hours. 

  • Non-recurring reservation requests may be made up to 1 year in advance.
  • Recurring reservation requests may be made up to 90 days in advance.
