Drake Community Library

Multipurpose room accessible from the library lobby. Tables and chairs provided with user responsible for setup and take down of room configuration.


Maximum capacity: 110 seated with chairs only OR 80 with tables in use by attendees. Usage of this room can extend beyond library open hours.


NOTE: This room can be divided to allow for two smaller groups to use the space. Please contact the library for more information. 

  • Non-recurring reservation requests may be made up to 1 year in advance.
  • Recurring reservation requests may be made up to 90 days in advance.

Equipment

Various equipment is available for use in this room, including a ceiling mounted projector, T-Coil audio amplification loop, sound system, whiteboard, OWL virtual meeting device, and a mobile TV cart. 

Attached kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, and Bunn coffemaker. This is the only room in which food is allowed.
